What is EthereuMatrix?

A Computing Utopia

EthereuMatrix is not just a memecoin, but rather, by its very essence, a worldview.

Nakamoto Satoshi, on account of his lack of trust toward governments and official currencies, created the Bitcoin system along with the concept of blockchains, in the process giving rise to a brave new era. The EthereuMatrix project in the same vein regards blockchains, along with the incipient Web 3.0 system, as the catalyst of a new social order. This order is precisely the opposite of the world which has been portrayed in works of science-fiction and in video-games of the Cypherpunk genre. This is, instead, a computing utopia, wherein every person may distribute to others the value created by his high-tech productions, and be in continual possession of a greater measure of rights and riches.

It was the internet which gave rise to Amazon, Google, Facebook, and other such companies of large volume. These companies have proceeded to snatch all of the opportunities out of the hands of the small companies, in the process accumulating large amounts of riches as well as special privileges. The stocks which they have issued have generally not bestown upon their owners the right of governing such bodies. Even the dividends have been meager. A normal person has no means of becoming wealthy through the possession of such stocks. Now we find that new developments in artificial intelligence are playing the role of further augmenting the potency of these large companies. This is a revolution in the means of production but it has not led to any corresponding increase in the income of the average person. These large companies are causing our present society to fall more and more deeply into the bleak domain of Cypherpunk fiction.

However, the world of digital currencies presents us with a different picture: Uniswap and other mighty projects have continually placed the needs of the community at their center, allowing investors to vote for such protocols as accord with their interests, and to take part in their governance. Such protocols have also allowed ordinary investors to achieve vast riches. Many tokens have become part of a living ecosystem whereby through ownership one may continually earn interest from mining, sometimes with great rewards in store. There are other creative projects such as Polkadot and Dfinity which are working to explore the future of Web 3.0 as well as the ongoing and humane decentralization of our society.

As such, we are entering a period quite different from the dystopic visions of the Cypherpunk genre. In fact, EthereuMatrix regards the onset of digital currencies as having demonstrated a future full of positive hope. As in the Matrix, people live happy lives within their dreams, but in our world, it is not humans serving as the source of energy: rather, it is the cryptographic systems and their associated protocols serving as the engines of human happiness.

EthereuMatrix is striving to forge a brand-new ecosystem and community upon which the dreams of digital currencies may be fully explored and made manifest to the world.
